I visited them recently and learned that most oliveoil sold in the united states isnt really extra virgin (a marketing term)and maybe not even olive oil. being a skeptic I have been on line researching it and they are right. sad and disgusting but we americans are being dupped. Temecula olive oil company makes a nice late harvest oil that tastes buttery when you bake with it and a lovely blood orange that is fabulous in items containing chocolate.
